Mazda3 Hatchback (2011) - restyled version of the second generation (BL), introduced in 2010. Unlike the Europeans, who also received new power units, we got a five-door with a simply retouched appearance and a slightly refreshed interior.

The facelift brought the model new bumpers and slightly tightened lights. The interior architecture remained intact, the designers focused on facilitating the perception of information by the driver. The silver color of the lower part of the front panel has given way to black, the chrome edging of the tachometer and speedometer buckets has become brighter and more noticeable, and the instruments themselves are now highlighted not in red, but in white.

However, according to the company, during the update, Mazda also took the time to improve noise isolation and aerodynamics.

Upgrading the suspension, the Japanese tried to improve the ride and directional stability at high speeds. Therefore, both the electric booster and the five-door shock absorbers were reconfigured.

The restyled Mazda3 is delivered to Ukraine with the same engines as the 2008 model: 1.6 (105 hp, 145 Nm) and 2 liter (150 hp, 187 Nm) petrol engines.

It is noteworthy that the base 105-horsepower power plant can now be aggregated not only with a “mechanics” in five gears, but also with a four-band “automatic”. The list of available transmissions for the 150-horsepower engine includes a six-speed manual and a five-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
