Mazda CX-9 2013 - an all-wheel drive seven-seater crossover, which appeared in the model range of the brand in 2007. In October 2012, the company introduced an updated version of the model. While the styling of the CX-9 already matches the new KODO design that debuted on Mazda6 And CX-5, driving characteristics still profess the Zoom-Zoom proprietary “ideology”, therefore, in terms of handling, the 5-meter giant is still one of the best in the class.

In addition to modified optics, a false radiator grille and bumpers, the interior of the model has also been updated. The architecture of the front panel remains the same, but its decoration and decor have noticeably freshened up, and the quality of materials has improved.

As before, the car is offered only with a V-shaped petrol “six”. Paired with a sequential variable valve timing system, the 3.7-liter unit produces 277 hp. and 367 Nm of torque. The gearbox is a six-speed automatic with manual shifting.

The all-wheel drive system distributes torque in half between the front and rear axles, but if necessary, can transfer 100% of traction to the front wheels.

In Ukraine, sales of the restyled Mazda CX-9 began in the spring of 2013. The car is delivered to us in a top-end configuration, including a leather interior, bi-xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights, a sunroof, three-zone climate control, heated steering wheel and front seats, electric front seats, multimedia with color display, AUX and USB connectors, premium acoustics from Bose with 10 speakers, 20-inch wheels.

The list of passive and active safety systems consists of front and side airbags for front passengers, as well as curtains for front and rear riders, ABS and an integrated motion stabilization system. For a surcharge, systems are offered to prevent frontal collisions, monitoring "blind" zones, auto-switching high beams to low beams, and row control.

Serial production of the Mazda CX-9 has been launched in Japan at a plant in Hiroshima.
